Spouse package
Legal Week Events have arranged a spouse package to include:
• Double occupancy at the hotel for two nights' accommodation
• Airport transfer (for the suggested delegate flights)
• A choice of leisure activity from the options provided on the afternoon of Friday 1 November
• All meals, including champagne reception and black tie gala dinner with entertainment
If your representative(s) would like their spouse to accompany them please let the events team know as soon as possible.
Complimentary coach transfers
Complimentary coach transfers (should you be catching either of the above flights) have been organised between Milan Malpensa airport and Villa d'Este. The journey time is approximately 45 minutes.
A return transfer will operate on Saturday 2 November. Should your representative(s) miss the transfer, or are arriving outside of the scheduled forum timings, they will need to make their own way to the hotel. Taxis are available outside the airport terminal.
